Miguel Aguilera

Miguel Aguilera es ingeniero de Telecomunicación y doctor en Informática e Ingeniería de Sistemas por la Universidad de Zaragoza. Su trabajo se sitúa en la intersección entre los sistemas complejos, las ciencias cognitivas y la vida artificial, y centra su investigación en entender la emergencia de comportamiento adaptativo, agencialidad y autonomía a diferentes niveles de sistemas vivos – desde la procesos biológicos y mentales hasta procesos sociales. Para ello, combina modelos dinámicos y no lineales, algoritmos evolutivos, y análisis matemáticos de teoría de sistemas dinámicos y teoría de la información, para generar y entender modelos situados y corporizados en los campos de la robótica evolutiva, neurociencia computacional, vida artificial y prácticas de inteligencia colectiva. Actualmente trabaja como investigador postdoctoral en la Universidad de las Islas Baleares.
