CONSUL is a tool that allows a city to develop with little time and safely processes of citizen participation on the Internet. CONSUL is free software, so it does not requires the payment of licenses. CONSUL can be modified by each organization to adapt the software to their needs, which facilitates the exchange of knowledge and experiences.
As a tool, CONSUL is allowing cities to develop processes that put into the hands of citizens decisions around urban space, the budget of the city or priorities in municipal management.
If your city has installed CONSUL, CONSULCon is the opportunity to know other people from other Cities, learn from them and share your experiences. Further, you will have the opportunity to raise your vision regarding to the future of CONSUL.
If your city still does not use tools of citizen participation, but you are interested in these type of processes, in CONSULCon you will know representatives of other cities and you will be able of creating a strategy of innovative participation.
